The Regina is a 43.5’ refrigerated troller (heavily-built cedar over oak), built by Earl Heltsley at Tacoma Boat in 1944, and currently docked in Morro Bay, California. Photo was taken July 2009 at Gravelle’s Boatyard in Moss Landing.
